melatonin is really bad for you and messes up your sleep schedule if you take it repeatedly, just thought i’d let you guys know
Melatonin is something your body NATURALLY PRODUCES and when you hit your twenties your body stops producing enough of it, so they suggest taking the VERY SMALL DOSES made to supplement your body’s ability to fall asleep naturally. Maybe it messes with your sleep schedule if you take it at the wrong times or take too much, but that’s user error and generally avoided by being stupid. All taking it repeatedly does is build up your tolerance so it’s not as effective, and this is avoided by not taking it absolutely every night and is only seen occasionally if you do take it every night.
